PLEASE NOTE: It is imperative that the location is exactly in the state that you want captured before we begin shooting - we will capture it in 8k resolution which means any imperfections will be highlighted.

EXTERIOR: Preparatory Steps

Action Description
Walls Remove wall stickers and / or posters
Decor Touch up paintwork where required
Marks & Scuffs Conceal marks with placed objects
Signage Consider signage where applicable
Private Items Remove all personalised items
Children & Pets Remove all child / pet toys / items
Layout Remove all clutter, waste, debris and materials you do not want in the footage
External Furniture Straighten all furniture, lighting and other items
Windows Close all windows
Blinds & Curtains Open all curtains / blinds where applicable
Lights Ensure that all lights are on where required
Waste & Recycling Empty / remove any rubbish bins
Garden Maintain garden areas (lawns, bushes, hedges, flowers etc)
External Buildings Close all barn, stable or garage doors

Tidying Remove all clutter
Material Items Straighten all material (cushions, sheets etc)
Layout Straighten all furniture and wall-hangings
Digital Devices Turn off all computer screens
Windows Close all windows
Blinds & Curtains Open all curtains / blinds
Bathrooms & Kitchen Remove cleaning items from kitchens / bathrooms
Magazines & Newspapers Tidy or remove magazines, papers, mail, calendars and any date related material
Lights Ensure that all lights are on
